During this period, we verify product availability and payment information, and prepare the order for shipping.

2. Shipping Time and Cost
Delivery time depends on the destination and the shipping method selected:

Domestic Shipping: 3-7 business days.

International Shipping: 7-15 business days (may vary depending on customs and carriers).

Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout, based on the weight, volume of the order, and the customer's location.

Maya Luxury Hair works with reputable courier companies to ensure the safety of your products during transport.

In accordance with good e-commerce practices, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 30 calendar days of receiving the product.

This right does not apply to products that have been opened, used, or involve personal hygiene (such as hair extensions) for sanitary reasons.

4. Return Instructions
To make a return or refund:
Contact the customer service team, providing the order number, product(s), and reason for return. Attach photos if applicable.

Await confirmation and return shipping instructions (address, label, etc.).

Package the product carefully in its original packaging, including all documentation and accessories.

Ship the package according to the instructions provided and retain the shipping receipt and tracking number.

In the event of defective products or shipping errors, Maya Luxury Hair will cover the return shipping costs.

For returns for other reasons, shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise indicated.

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package.

Any incidents during shipping should be reported to the Customer Service team as soon as possible.
