Returns & Refunds Policy

At Maya Luxury Hair, we are committed to providing a safe and satisfying shopping experience. In line with Klarna’s recommendations and consumer protection standards, customers are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period for returns.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

  • You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, without providing any reason.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, products must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition.

  • Be returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

  • Not be opened if the product falls under personal use or hygiene items (e.g., hair extensions).

  • Include proof of purchase or order number.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned.

3. Return Procedure

  1. Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.

  2. You will receive return instructions and, in some cases, a return label.

  3. Carefully pack the product in its original packaging.

  4. Ship the package following the provided instructions and keep the shipping receipt/tracking number.

4. Return Costs

  • If the return is due to a Maya Luxury Hair error (wrong item, defective or damaged product), we will cover all return shipping costs.

  • If the return is for other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (including Klarna).

  • If Klarna was used as the payment option, the refund will be managed directly through your Klarna account, adjusting your payment plan or refunding the amount already paid.

6. Exclusions

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Customized or made-to-order items.

  • Clearance or “Final Sale” items.

  • Hygiene products (such as hair extensions) that have been opened or tampered with.
